We are very excited to collaborate with the city of Delta on the Ladner Leisure Center building upgrade. This project consists of a major exterior envelope replacement and a number of separate membrane roofing assemblies including the upper level wall and glazing assemblies. In addition to significant demolition, metal fabrication, flashing, sheet metal and electrical work there is mechanical work including the expansion of existing supply air ducting within the pool space and the introduction of UV water treatment systems.
